One Indian soldier was killed and many including an Indian army Major were injured in an attack in Kupwara district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday morning.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the attack was carried out on a post of Indian army in Kamkari, Macchal area of the district.
Indian army officials have admitted that five army personnel, including a Major rank officer, were injured; one of them later succumbed to his injuries.
