The recently designated Chief Executive Officer of the Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA), A.D Khowaja, conferred with the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Industries and Production, Haroon Akhtar Khan on Saturday.
Khan felicitated Khowaja on his new position and offered his support. The two officials engaged in extensive talks regarding the agency’s prospects, existing obstacles, and plans to enhance its competitiveness.
Khan stressed the importance of aligning the EPZA with global benchmarks to attract foreign capital and increase exports. He pledged his complete backing to Khowaja in implementing enhancements and restructuring initiatives to elevate the organization’s performance to international levels.
