Negligence at Pvt Hospital: Noshki Fire Victims’ Families Demand Justice

Families of the victims from the Noshki fire tragedy staged a vociferous protest outside Pvt Hospital, Karachi, alleging severe negligence by the hospital staff that left patients teetering on the brink of death.

The demonstrators, relatives of the injured, accused the hospital personnel of irresponsible conduct, leading to immense mental distress for both patients and their caregivers. The protesters expressed their anguish over the perilous state of the victims, who were transported to Karachi under the directive of Balochistan’s Chief Minister, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, after a devastating oil tanker explosion in Noshki.

Amidst loud chants and placards, the families urged the Balochistan government to swiftly address and rectify the alleged negligence, demanding improved medical care to avert further tragedies. The grievous incident, which resulted in 60 injuries, saw 24 severely injured individuals airlifted to Karachi for urgent treatment in a PAF aircraft.
