On the instructions of Prime Minister Mian Shehbaz Sharif, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) dispatched the 13th aid consignment on Saturday for the people affected by the war in Gaza.

According to PID, this shipment includes 100 tons of winter tents and blankets, sent from Islamabad to Amman (Jordan) to support the people of Gaza. A departure ceremony was held at Islamabad International Airport, attended by Advisor on Legal Affairs Barrister Aqeel Malik, Palestine’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Zaher MH Dar Zaid, representatives from NDMA, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Pakistan’s armed forces.
