Chagai police claimed to have seized a huge quantity of drugs in an operation launched against dug peddlers in Dalbandin area of district Chagai in Balochistan province on Friday. Two drug peddlers were also arrested during the operation.

Following the directions of SSP Chagai, Mir Hussain Ahmed Lehri, staff of police station Chagai under the supervision of Additional Station House Officer, Police Station Dalbandin, Abdul Hakeem Mengal recovered large quantity of drugs from the possession of two drug peddlers namely Zubair Ahmed son of Lal Khan and Wali Shah son of Faqeer Shah during an operation conducted against drug peddlers in Dalbandin area of district Chagai.

The arrested drug peddlers were shifted to Police Station Dalbandin and accordingly booked in Furst Information Report-FIR No.86/ 2024 under section 9 (1) 3. Further investigation is being conducted by the Investigation Staff of Police Station Dalbandin.
