An important meeting took place at the Presidential House Kashmir House in Islamabad between the President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, and former President Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan. Both leaders expressed satisfaction over the courageous performance of the Pakistan Army.

President Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry and Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan praised the bravery of the Pakistan Army, stating that under the leadership of Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir, the army has given an effective response to India. They mentioned that the entire nation congratulates the Pakistan Army on its success.

The meeting also welcomed the statement from U.S. President Donald Trump regarding resolving the Kashmir issue. The two leaders reiterated their full support for the people of occupied Kashmir and stated that the struggle will continue until the freedom of Kashmir is achieved.

The latest political situation in Azad Kashmir was also discussed during the meeting, and matters of mutual interest were exchanged.
