Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has praised the police for successfully foiling a terrorist attack on the Lakhani border check post in Dera Ghazi Khan.
According to a PID statement today, Mr Naqvi stated that the Dera Ghazi Khan Police courageously confronted Khawarij terrorists and repelled their attack. He acknowledged the efforts of the police team in thwarting the assault and preventing any damage.
He further highlighted that the brave personnel of Dera Ghazi Khan Police have previously repelled similar attacks by Khawarij terrorists with unwavering dedication. He noted that the Punjab Police responded to the attack with a highly professional approach, delivering a strong counteraction that defeated the terrorists’ malicious intentions.
The Interior Minister congratulated the entire police team for crushing the nefarious ambitions of the attackers. Paying tribute to the Punjab Police, he emphasized that the nation takes immense pride in its courageous and dedicated police force.
