MWM leader says fair polls can steer country out of crises

QUETTA:,,, : Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, central leader, Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, has said that fair and free election could steer the country out of crises, adding that constitution of the country prescribes that election is held after the completion of the tenure of the government.

Addressing a press conference at Quetta Press Club here on Wednesday, he said, “Fair and transparent election ends sorrows of the country”, adding that Balochistan was a very sensitive province and problems of the province could be addressed through negotiations rather than the use of force.

He said that Gaza was a role model for the oppressed people of the world. “In order to express solidarity with the oppressed people of Gaza, a function under the aegis of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen would be arranged at Alamdar Road, Quetta on January 10, 2024. He said that Syed Abbas would be the candidate of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen for PB-40-Quetta, Ali Hasnain PB-42-Quetta, Jaffar Ali Jaffar NA-262-Quetta and Liaquat Arbab NA-263-Quetta.
