Mustafa Vows to Bring Health Sector at Par with Int’l Standards

Islamabad: Minister for National Health Services Mustafa Kamal has expressed the government's commitment to bring the health sector at par with international standards, ensuring health facilities to people at their doorsteps and meeting the needs of the health industry. Addressing the opening ceremony of the 23rd Health Asia Exhibition in Karachi today, he emphasized the importance of modernizing healthcare services to improve accessibility and efficiency.

According to Radio Pakistan, the minister highlighted that the healthcare sector is being digitized to facilitate both the general public and the health industry. This digital transformation aims to streamline processes and enhance the quality of healthcare services available to the population.

The exhibition, which has attracted participation from over two hundred companies, serves as a platform for industry leaders and stakeholders to exchange ideas and innovations. Additionally, more than thirty conferences are scheduled to take place, providing valuable insights and discussions on the future of healthcare. Several memorandums of understanding are also expected to be signed during the three-day Expo, fostering collaboration and development within the health sector.
