QUETTA: MNA Moulana Abdul Wasey, Provincial Ameer, Jamaiat Ulema-e-Islam-F said Monday that a protest movement against the provincial governemnt would be launched in different districts of the province after Eid-ul-Azha.
These views were expressed by him while talking to office bearers and workers of JUI-F at his residence here. He said that due to unemployment, backwardness and poverty, people of the province had been longing for two time meals. He said that the protest movement against the provincial government would be launched from July 29 in different districts of the province, because, he added that with the exception of hopelessness, the incompetent and selected government had given nothing to the people of the province.
He added that people were confronting severe hardships owing to non-availability of water and continuous load shedding, but government was taking no step to address the problems. He said that drought had left gardens in the province dried while on the other hand continuous power load shedding had affected agriculture sector of the province the most. He remarked that the artificial scarcity of petroleum products in different districts of the province had benefited mafia to the tune of millions of rupees, adding that JUI-F and other political parties would not remain silent over the artificial deficiency of petrol in the province.
