The Motorway Police Department is set to implement an Automatic Speed Identification RIFD System for vehicles traversing the Kallar Kahar Salt Range, as revealed by Inspector General Motorway Police Rifat Mukhtar Raja.

During a meeting with transporters in Lahore, Raja unveiled plans for the new Radio Frequency Identification System, emphasizing its creation through advanced radio frequency technology.

He stressed that overloading and overcharging passengers, especially during Eid, will not be tolerated, while assuring efforts to address transporters’ issues.
