ISLAMABAD:Director General Hajj Abdul Wahab Somroo says we are acquiring more accommodation and facilities with the support of the Saudi authorities to facilitate our pilgrims in every possible manner.

To monitor the facilities provided by Pakistani Mission in different hotels, he personally visited residential units of Madinah on Thursday.

On the occasion, he said all the facilities are being provided to the pilgrims considering the capacity and our budget.

The Director General said despite difficulties due to the presence of Umrah pilgrims and expansion plan of Haram, we managed to acquire accommodation for our Hajj pilgrims.

He urged the intending pilgrims to contact the concerned building assistants posted in the residence for any complaint or guidance.

He also instructed the Moavineen to remain vigilant and not commit any negligence in providing support to pilgrims.

Further, he urged the pilgrims to utilize facilities of elevators and food halls in a phased manner as rush on these places during Hajj season is a natural process.
