Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a mother and her three kids who were reported missing last month in Atlantic City. Shagufta Shams, 37, and her kids, Malaika, age 4, Murtaza, 5, and Mujtaba, 9, were reported missing by a family member on March 8, according to Atlantic City police. It was later learned that she had gone to her native Pakistan, apparently with her kids, but had since returned to the United States, said Atlantic City Police Sgt. Paul Aristizabal.
