Minister of State and Frontier Regions, Engineer Amir Muqam has lauded the positive role of law enforcement agencies including police for demonstrating restraint during the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) failed protest in the federal capital.

Addressing a news conference here in Islamabad on Monday, he said PTI also failed in its attempt to bringing the innocent Pashtuns for unleashing violence and bloodshed in the federal capital.

Engineer Amir Muqam expressed his deep regret over the martyrdom of police constable Abdul Hameed Shah. He also expressed solidarity with the injured police officials and prayed for their early recovery.

He strongly criticized Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur for acting like a villain of film. He asked the government officials of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa not to be part of the attempts against the country’s interest otherwise, they would be held accountable.

Engineer Amir Muqam praised the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif for putting the country on path of development and prosperity.
