Minister for Industries and Production Rana Tanveer Hussain has asked the provincial chief secretaries to take all possible measures to keep the retail price of sugar stable.

Chairing a meeting of the Sugar Advisory Board here in Islamabad on Tuesday, he said maintaining sugar prices is a primary responsibility of the government and any increase in sugar rates will not be tolerated.
