Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League’s 38th Foundation Day will be celebrated across the country today

Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League will celebrate its 38th Foundation Day on Monday, January 5, under which a series of events will be held across the country aimed at renewing its commitment to the intellectual, moral, and social development of women.

Established under the guidance of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the founder of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, the league’s purpose was to facilitate an organized and informed role for women in religious, educational, and intellectual spheres.

The commemorative activities to be held across the country include prayer ceremonies, intellectual gatherings, and special addresses on the life of the Prophet (PBUH) and the role of women. Through these events, the leadership of Tehreek-e-Minhaj-ul-Quran will acquaint the participants with Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri’s message of peace, knowledge, and moderation.

Throughout its history, the organization has provided services focused on religious training, contemporary education, promotion of moral values, strengthening the family system, and social reforms. Its consistent efforts have included organizing training workshops, seminars, welfare programs, and educational lectures.

In a message on this occasion, the league’s leadership expressed its resolve to continue its struggle for the multifaceted development of women, stating that their efforts are in accordance with the Islamic principles that grant women honor and dignity. They emphasized the key role of women in the formation of a peaceful and moral society.
