Met Office Forecasts Rain and Thundershowers from Monday

Islamabad: The Met Office has announced that the country will experience another spell of rain, wind, and thundershowers from Monday through Friday, impacting the upper and central regions.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Met Office has issued a statement indicating that the heavy rainfall anticipated during this period could result in urban flooding, particularly in low-lying areas. There is also a warning about potential landslides in the hilly and mountainous areas, including Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Murree, Galiyat, and Kashmir.

Authorities are urging tourists and travelers to exercise caution when visiting these regions due to the expected unsettled weather conditions. The public is encouraged to stay informed by visiting the website weather.gov.pk or using the Pak Weather mobile application for daily updates.
