Quetta: Pakistan Meteorological Department, Regional Center, Quetta, forecast on Tuesday that a normal to moderate rain is expected in Killa Abdullah, Ziarat, Killa Saifullah, Pishin, Quetta, Chagai, Noshki and their surrounding areas while cloudy to light rain is expected in Kharan, Kech, Surab, Mastung and Zhob areas during the next 24 hours. Light to moderate snow may occur in mountainous areas of Killa Abdullah, Pishin, Killa Saifullah, Ziarat and light snow in Quetta district. However, cloudy weather would remain in rest parts of the province during the next 24 hours

Weather forecast for next 48 hours; mainly very cold weather is expected in most parts of the province. Gusty winds are expected to prevail in central, western and southwestern parts and night time temperatures would be decreased below freezing point in most parts of the province except plain areas of Sibi, Naseerabad, Lasbela, Kech and coastal belt during the next 48 hours.
