QUETTA:First Information Report (FIR) of Mastung bomb blast was lodged on Friday at CTD police station Quetta on the complaint of SHO, Police Station city Mastung against unidentified persons.
According to reports, FIR of Mastung bomb blast under section explosive act, attempted murder, anti-terrorism was lodged at Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) police station, Quetta against unidentified persons on the complaint of SHO, Police Station City, and Mastung.
It is worth mentioning that Hafiz Hamdullah, former Senator, senior leader of JUI-F and spokesperson for Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), along with 11 other persons, including one female, sustained injuries in a road side bomb attack in district Mastung of Balochistan province.
Three terrorists were killed in a gun battle with security forces in Wali Tungi, Hanna Urak area of Quetta. One subedar of security forces embraced martyrdom in exchange of fire while another jawan of security forces sustained injuries, said a statement issued by ISPR on Friday.
Statement said that terrorists attacked check post of security forces near Wali Tungi area of Quetta. During ensuing fire, three terrorists were killed. Subedar of security forces namely Qaiser Raheem embraced martyrdom while another soldier sustained injuries during gun battle with terrorists. Statement said that security forces of the country would continue to thwart efforts of the enemies of peace and prosperity in the country.
