The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) has significantly bolstered its inspector ranks, promoting 95 sub-inspectors, including nine women, to the higher designation.

An NHMP representative revealed that the advancements were ratified during a session overseen by Deputy Inspector General (Human Resource Management) Shahid Javed, with final authorization granted by Inspector General (IG) NHMP, B.A. Nasir. The spokesperson emphasized that the promotions adhered strictly to legal protocols, considering seniority and merit.

IG B.A. Nasir extended his congratulations to the elevated officers, characterizing the move as an acknowledgment of their exemplary service. ‘Advancement boosts officer efficacy. The Motorway Police takes pride in its highly skilled and knowledgeable personnel,’ he remarked.

The IG encouraged the newly promoted inspectors to exhibit heightened dedication and commitment, maintaining the organization”s standing through professionalism, honesty, and exemplary behavior.
