Mashhood Calls for Collective Action to Tackle Climate Change

Islamabad: Chairman of Prime Minister's Youth Program Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan has announced a significant initiative aimed at combating climate change through youth engagement. He revealed that two million young individuals will receive training in disaster risk management over the next three years.

According to Radio Pakistan, Mashhood emphasized the importance of collective efforts to address the pressing issue of climate change. Speaking at an event in Islamabad, he highlighted the urgent need for coordinated action, stating that empowering the youth with essential skills is a crucial step in this direction. The initiative aims to prepare young people to effectively respond to and manage disaster situations, thereby contributing to broader environmental resilience efforts.
