KHUZDAR: Levies Force, Khuzdar claimed to have foiled the bid of smuggling drugs by seizing 30 packets high quality Hashish in an operation conducted at Zada Check post of District Khuzdar of Balochistan province on Sunday.

Following the directions of Deputy Commissioner, Khuzdar, Major (Retd) Bashir Ahmed and Assistant Commissioner, Khuzdar, Jamil Ahmed Baloch, Special Levies Force, Khuzdar under the supervision of Naib Tehsildar, Khuzdar, Habib Gichki and Naib Risaldar, Levies Force, Khuzdar impounded 30 packets of high quality hashish from a Truck registration No.JV-5142 in an operation conducted at Zada Check post of Khuzdar.

One alleged accused namely Abdul Bari, son of Abdullah, resident of Chaman, was also arrested besides seizing the truck used for smuggling hashish. F.I.R No. 21/2021 under section CNSA 9/C was lodged against the alleged accused. Further investigation was being conducted by the concerned levies force.
