In an operation in Okara, police have arrested the leader of the Nasiri robbery gang, Nasir alias Nasiri, along with his accomplice Muhammad Ashraf.

The team from Chuchak Police Station, led by SHO Daniyal Liaqat, successfully apprehended the suspects during the operation. Nasir alias Nasiri was already wanted in an attempted murder case.

Following the arrest, illegal weapons and ammunition were recovered from the possession of the suspects. After these revelations, the police have initiated the recovery of stolen goods taken during various incidents.

The suspects have confessed to multiple robberies and highway robberies in Chuchak and its surrounding areas. DPO Okara Muhammad Rashid Hidayat praised the performance of the police team.
