LAHORE: A young man got injured when a stray kite string partially cut his neck in Chung area of Lahore on Thursday. According to Rescue officials, Ali, 32, was riding a motorcycle on Multan Road when the string of a stray kite got entangled around his neck. Resultantly, he fell and suffered serious neck injuries.

After giving the first aid, he was shifted to a hospital for proper medical treatment. No case could be registered till filing this report. The kite flying injury incidents are on the rise as the authorities have failed to take required actions.
