ISLAMABAD:Kashmiris living on both sides of the Line of Control (LoC) and world over will observe Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir on August 5 as Black Day. They will observe the black day on appeal made by all Kashmiri freedom organizations. On August 5 in 2019, the Modi-led Hindutva regime revoked Article 370 that granted special status to the internationally recognised disputed territory and imposed a brutal military and police siege.
