Kashmir Dispute Firmly on Global Agenda, Affirms APHC

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has reaffirmed that Kashmir continues to be an internationally recognized dispute, countering India’s attempts to change this narrative through what it describes as falsehoods and oppressive actions.

APHC spokesperson Abdul Rashid Minhas, speaking to Kashmir Media Service, highlighted the ongoing sacrifices made by the Kashmiri people since 1947 in their struggle for freedom from what they assert as India’s illegal occupation.

Minhas emphasized that these sacrifices have succeeded in keeping the Kashmir issue prominently on the international stage. He paid tribute to the steadfast determination of APHC chairman Masarrat Alam Bhat and other resistance leaders like Shabbir Ahmad Shah, Muhammad Yasin Malik, Aasiya Andrabi, and Mushtaq-ul-Islam, who remain imprisoned in Indian occupied Kashmir’s jails.
