QUETTA:Leader of Balochistan National Party (Mengal) MPA Mir Hammal Kalmati has become the strongest candidate for the slot of caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan.
According to sources, Balochistan National Party (Mengal) has intensified making contacts with different political and religious parties, including Sadiq Sanjrani, Chairman Senate and Moulana Fazal-ur-Rehman, Chief of JUI-F to prevail upon them for nomination of Mir Hamal Kalmati as caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan. Sources said that Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F has submitted the name of Usman Badini as caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan. If JUI-F seconds the name of Mir Hammal Kalmati, caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan would be from Balochistan National Party (Mengal).
It is worth mentioning that Mir Hammal Kalmati is also backed by Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo. Mir Hammal Kalmati, leader of Balochistan National Party (Mengal) had been elected as MPA from district Gwadar during the previous general election.
