JUI-F withdraws poll candidate in favour of Achakzai

QUETTA: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl on Friday announced the withdrawal of its candidate for the upcoming election on NA-263 Quetta constituency in favour of Chairman, Pushtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, Mehmood Khan Achakzai.

JUI-F had fielded Mufti Moulana Rozi Khan as candidate for the NA-263, but the party withdrew his candidacy after Mehmood Khan, Achakzai, Chairman, PKMAP withdrew his candidacy in NA-265 Pishin in favour of JUI-F chief Moulana Fazal-ur-Rehman.

Talks between JUI-F and PKMAP were in progress for further seat adjustment in Balochistan.
