Judicial Assistants advised to dedicate all their energies to effective justice service delivery

ISLAMABAD:,,, : The concluding ceremony of a three-day Professional Development Course for Support Staff of the Supreme Court was held here at the Federal Judicial Academy on Wednesday.

Justice Athar Minallah, Judge, Supreme Court, was the Chief Guest. While addressing the trainees, Justice Athar Minallah said that trainings hone skills and transform the mindset.

He said mindset transformation trainings are essential for all players of justice sector so that they become more sensitized to treat the litigant public with respect and sensitivity.

He said litigant public is the only stakeholder of our justice system, thus litigant public must be our prime focus. He said we all paid out of taxpayer’s money” to provide justice to the litigant public.

Terming the Judicial Assistants as an important tier of justice system, he advised them to fully utilize the knowledge and skills they have learnt at the Academy for improving litigant public’s access to justice.

Justice Athar Minallah further advised them to dedicate all their energies to effective justice service delivery to the litigant public. He said Judicial Assistants can play an instrumental role in providing easy access to justice to the litigant public.

In his remarks, Director General of the Academy, Hayat Ali Shah said, 30 Judicial Assistants were trained and after this training they will be improved humans, who will carry forward the cycle of continuous Support Court learning. Later, certificates were distributed amongst 30 participants by the chief guest.
