Islamabad IG warns of action if Section 144 violated

Quetta:The Islamabad administration has imposed Section 144 in the federal territory after the arrest of former premier and PTI Chairman Imran Khan by the Rangers in the Al-Qadir Trust case. The Islamabad IG police said that situation in Islamabad is normal. He said Imran Khan has been arrested in the Qadir Trust case and Section 144 is in force and action will be taken in case of violation.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan was arrested by Rangers personnel from Islamabad High Court (IHC) pertaining to an investigation into the Al-Qadir Trust fund scame. It may be noted that ISPR yesterday warned Imran Khan that it reserves right to take legal course of action over his allegations against a military officer.
