Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi has directed the NADRA to resolve people’s problems related to the ID card on priority basis.

During his visit to the NADRA Center at Defence in Karachi today, he monitored the working of the NADRA staff and advised to improve the cleanliness of the center.

Earlier, he visited the passport office at Awami Markaz in Karachi and inspected the services being provided to the visitors.

He interacted with the people and asked about the process of obtaining passport and other issues faced by them.

Speaking on the occasion, the minister said his visit to the passport office is a part of the steps taken to ensure seamless services for citizens. He also appreciated the dedication and performance of the staff.
