KARACHI: Renowned industrialist Khalid Tawab along with a delegation met Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori at Governor House.
Problems faced by industrialists such as supply of electricity, gas and water to industries, improvement of infrastructure in industrial areas and other matters of mutual interest were discussed on the occasion, said a statement issued from Sindh Governor’s House.
The governor Sindh said that the industrialists are backbone of the country’s economy as the economy of the country runs only with the smooth functioning of the industrial units. He further said that the caretaker government was taking steps to resolve the problems facing the industrialists.
“The concerned federal ministers recently came to Karachi and met industrialists operating in various sectors to get first hand knowledge about their issues”, he added.
Khalid Tawab, thanked Governor Sindh for acting as a bridge between the industrialists and the federal government. The members of the delegation said that the welfare initiatives of Sindh governor were exemplary and they were all with him.
