Islamabad: Hot and humid weather is expected to persist in most parts of the country over the next twelve hours. Regions including Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and northeast Punjab may experience rain-wind and thundershowers.According to Radio Pakistan, temperatures recorded this morning in major cities were as follows: Islamabad at twenty-four degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-nine, Karachi and Peshawar at twenty-eight, Quetta at twenty-two, Gilgit at nineteen, Murree at sixteen, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-three degrees centigrade.In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast indicates cloudy conditions with a likelihood of rain-wind and thundershowers in areas such as Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Jammu, and Baramula. This morning, Srinagar, Pulwama, and Shopian recorded temperatures of nineteen degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-six, Leh at nine, and Anantnag and Baramula at twenty degrees centigrade.
