Hot and Humid Conditions to Prevail Across Most Plain Areas of the Country

Islamabad: Hot and humid weather is expected in most plain areas of the country. However, rain-wind/thundershower is likely at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, the Pothohar Region, and southeastern Sindh. Heavy rainfall, windstorm, and hailstorm are also expected at isolated places in southeastern Sindh and the Pothohar Region during the period.According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature in major cities is anticipated to be twenty-five degrees centigrade in Islamabad, twenty-six in Lahore, twenty-nine in Karachi, and twenty-seven in Peshawar. Quetta and Muzaffarabad are expected to experience temperatures of twenty-two degrees centigrade, while Gilgit and Murree will see temperatures around fifteen degrees centigrade.The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates partly cloudy weather with chances of rain-wind thunderstorm in Srinagar, Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while Leh will experience partly cloudy conditions. The temperatures for the region are predicted to be sixteen degrees centigrade in Srinagar and Anantnag, twenty-four in Jammu, eight in Leh, and fifteen in Pulwama, Shopian, and Baramula.
