Historic Gathering: Over 3.4 Million Pilgrims Converge at Masjid Al-Haram for Laylatul Qadr

In a monumental display of faith and devotion, more than 3.4 million pilgrims and worshippers assembled at Masjid Al-Haram in Mecca to observe Laylatul Qadr, one of the holiest nights in the Islamic calendar.

This extraordinary gathering saw participants from both Saudi Arabia and around the globe, united in their quest for forgiveness and spiritual reflection.

The authorities of the Two Holy Mosques reported that the number of worshippers reached an impressive 3,441,600. This remarkable turnout underscores the significance of Laylatul Qadr, believed to be the night when the Quran was first revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Attendees filled the sacred mosque and its surrounding areas, engaging in prayers and supplications. The event highlighted the deep spiritual connection shared by Muslims worldwide during the holy month of Ramadan.

Encouraged by the successful gathering, authorities emphasized the importance of maintaining safety and order amidst the large crowds. They expressed gratitude for the opportunity to host such a significant event at the heart of the Islamic world.
