Gwadar: The people of Gwadar strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the building of the Gwadar Port Authority on March 20.
According to a report on Sunday, the locals condemn the terrorist attack and salute the Pakistan armed forces for safeguarding not only the people but also the strategic assets of Gwadar Port.
Furthermore, the citizens expressed that these types of incidents saddened and shocked them, there should be no terrorism in Gwadar, war and riots are not good for any society.
They also said that the terrorists must stop their anti-state activities as they also suffered from these types of activities.
Few days back, security forces successfully thwarted an attempted attack on the Gwadar Port Authority (GPA) Complex, eliminating all eight terrorists involved in the assault.
The militants, identified as members of the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), sought to breach the GPA Complex in a brazen act of terrorism.
According to sources, the BLA terrorists attempted to infiltrate the GPA Complex in Gwadar, presumably aiming to wreak havoc and cause destruction.
However, their nefarious plans were swiftly intercepted by the vigilant security forces, who responded with decisive action to neutralise the threat Meanwhile, security officials have cordoned off the area surrounding the GPA Complex as they work to secure the premises and ensure the safety of residents and personnel.
