Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Gas and Petroleum Chaudhry Hamid Hameed has said PML-N led coalition government is making all-out efforts to provide maximum relief to the poor and deserving segments of society in its limited resources.
Talking to APP, he said the PML-N, during its previous tenure, launched significant uplift projects, eliminated terrorism, overcame power outage, revived economy and achieved other milestones for progress and prosperity of the country.
He said over 11,000 megawatts of electricity was generated and added to the national grid only in four years, steering the country out of darkness.
Hamid said due to China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, a number of foreign companies showed interest in investing in CPEC projects, while the foreign investors declared Pakistan safe for investment.
The PML-N government launched projects to construct roads and motorways of 2,000 kilometers, besides setting up campuses of universities even in underdeveloped areas of the country for imparting higher education to the youth.
