Govt Committed to Providing Basic Healthcare at Doorstep: Kamal

Karachi: Federal Minister for National Health Services Syed Mustafa Kamal has reaffirmed the government's commitment to reform and upgrade the health system to provide basic healthcare facilities to people at their doorstep. Addressing the upgradation and expansion ceremony of the Government Jacob Line Dispensary in Karachi today, he emphasized the importance of maintaining cleanliness in all aspects of life to ensure a healthy society.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister announced that five dispensaries in Karachi are being upgraded into secondary care health facilities, which will operate round the clock. This initiative is part of the government's broader strategy to enhance healthcare accessibility and improve the overall health infrastructure in the region.
