Former Federal Minister Humayun Akhtar Khan has urged the government to announce a special package for the development and progress of underdeveloped areas in the upcoming fiscal year’s budget. He emphasized that this initiative would improve the standard of living for the people in these regions.
Humayun Akhtar Khan stated that, through his efforts, the approval for the construction of four new roads in the constituency from the Tandlianwala Sugar Mill’s cess fund has been granted. He further mentioned that it is the government’s responsibility to address the concerns of farmers and providing them free storage facilities for their crops was part of their manifesto.
He expressed these views during his extensive visit to constituency NA-97, during which he met with various individuals. Humayun Akhtar Khan also offered condolences and prayers with Mehr Zakir Sial, Javed Iqbal, Chaudhry Khalid Jutt, Maqbool Hussain Jatoi, and others.
Humayun Akhtar Khan said that the people of the constituency are his own, and it is his duty to strive for their development and progress. He added that every possible effort will be made to change the condition of the constituency.
