The world’s largest 5-day technology exhibition GITEX Global 2024 began in Dubai on Monday.

Pakistan is significantly represented along with a 24 leading exhibitors to showcase its growing capabilities in the IT sector, according to a Radio Pakistan’s report.

Emphasizing the importance of Pakistan’s participation in GITEX Global, Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Faisal Niaz Tirmizi said Pakistan is proud to be recognized as the ‘Tech Destination of the Year 2024’ by GITEX Global.

The Ambassador said this recognition reinforces Pakistan’s status as an emerging hub for digital innovation and entrepreneurship.
