Interior Minister Mohsin Nawabi, IG Islamabad Police, and high-ranking officials of law enforcement agencies attended the funeral prayer of martyred sub-Inspector Haider Ali Shah at Police Lines Islamabad today. Mohsin Naqvi met with Haider Ali’s sons and extended his condolnces. He paid rich tribute to the martyred sub-inspector and prayed for the elevation of his ranks.

According to a statement on Saturday, Federal Interior Minister said, “Your father achieved the highest rank of martyrdom, and we believe that martyrs are alive.” He added, “Martyred Sub-Inspector Haider Ali was a brave officer of Islamabad Police.” Mohsin Naqvi further said, “Our deepest condolences are with the bereaved family.”

He stressed, “The perpetrators will not escape the law.” The Interior Minister laid floral wreath on Haider Ali’s coffin. Moreover, a police contingent presented a salute to the martyr. Notably, Sub-Inspector Haider Ali Shah was martyred due to firing by criminals in the area of Shahzad Town Police Station.”
