The four-day National Security Workshop kicked off at Kashmir Institute of Management in Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir.

A large number of people from various schools of thought, including men and women from civil bureaucracy, students and civil society are participating in the workshop.

Speakers at the workshop highlighted the changing situation in Kashmir in the context of the overall global shift. They also highlighted the importance of the strong relationship between Pakistan and Kashmir.

In his remarks, former President Azad Kashmir, Masood Khan said Pakistan has raised the voice for Kashmiris at every forum.

He said Pakistan has always been a supporter for the right to self-determination of Kashmiris, while India has been creating obstacles for freedom of Kashmiris.
