A sudden fire broke out at Asad Rice Mills located at the main intersection in Talhar, quickly engulfing the entire mill. As a result of the fire, machines, paddy, and rice were reduced to ashes.

After a continuous effort, the fire brigades from District Council Badin, Talhar, and Kario Ghanwar managed to bring the fire under control. The cause of the fire is still unknown.

The fire created a state of fear and panic in the town. Local authorities have begun investigating the incident.
