FIA establishes desks at airports for easy immigration of international passengers

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has launched a new initiative to establish pre-departure facilitation desks in all its zones to assist international passengers traveling abroad.

According to a statement issued on X today, these newly established counters are designed to provide direct assistance and guidance to individuals traveling abroad, and to answer their questions regarding immigration formalities and the official clearance process.

This facilitation service aims to ensure a smooth experience for passengers by providing clarity on various aspects of international travel regulations before departure.

In addition to providing on-the-spot assistance, the agency has also designated specific channels for passengers to register any complaints or concerns.

Concerned individuals are instructed to send their complaints to the email address [email protected] or contact the FIA helpline at 051-111-345-786. A short code, 1991, has also been made available for contact.
