Islamabad:Dry weather is anticipated across most regions of the country, with hot conditions expected in the plains over the next twelve hours.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted partly cloudy weather in the upper regions, with potential isolated rain, windstorms, and thunderstorms in upper and lower Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, the Pothohar region, and northeastern Punjab during the evening and night.
This morning, temperatures in major cities were recorded as follows: Islamabad at 24°C, Lahore at 25°C, Karachi at 27°C, Peshawar at 23°C, Quetta at 15°C, Gilgit at 11°C, Murree at 12°C, and Muzaffarabad at 20°C.
The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts partly cloudy skies with chances of rain, wind, and thunderstorms in areas such as Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula, and Jammu. Morning temperatures recorded in these areas were 13°C in Srinagar, 23°C in Jammu, 1°C in Leh, and 11°C in Shopian. Pulwama, Anantnag, and Baramula recorded 12°C.
