Drug free Khyber Pakhtunkhwa campaign was formally launched in the province on Monday.

In this connection, a walk has been taken in the Provincial capital Peshawar.

Caretaker Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Azam Khan led the walk.

Speaking on the occasion, Muhammad Azam Khan said the government is taking effective steps to control the drugs and save young generation from these addicts.

He said the government has decided to arrange these types of walks in the next phase in all districts of the province to create awareness regarding the negative impacts of drug addiction in the society.
