Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar spoke today with Foreign Minister of Malaysia Dato' Seri Mohamad Hasan. They exchanged views on regional and international developments, including Palestine and particularly the situation in East Jerusalem.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the conversation, Ishaq Dar conveyed his best wishes to the Government and people of Malaysia on the upcoming state elections. He also reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to working closely with Malaysia in bilateral relations and at multilateral forums.
