DPM, Egyptian FM Discuss Regional Developments

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty today. The discussion focused on Pakistan-Egypt bilateral relations and regional and international developments, particularly issues related to regional security.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Egyptian Foreign Minister extended an invitation to Ishaq Dar to visit Egypt at his earliest convenience. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening bilateral ties and agreed to remain closely engaged on matters concerning regional security.

Additionally, the two Foreign Ministers agreed to meet on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, emphasizing their dedication to ongoing dialogue and cooperation.
