ISLAMABAD:The Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) has extended the deadline for the ongoing digital census yet again due to the Eid holidays on Thursday. The Chief Census Commissioner has announced five-day Eid breaks. Therefore, there will be no census from April 21 to April 25. The census will be resumed from April 26.

The PBS has also released a notification in this regard. According to the notification, the decision was taken in a meeting of the Census Monitoring Committee.
