Karachi Police during their operations in the past one week, arrested 24 suspects, including 4 robbers killed in alleged police encounters and 17 otheres injured.

The district police engaged in 16 encounters with robbers in various areas of the city. From the arrested suspects, 23 illegal weapons, 9 motorcycles, and one car were recovered.

A total of over 936 suspects were arrested in the East, West, and South Zones. During the ongoing campaign against drugs, 42 kilograms and 848 grams of hashish, ice, and heroin were seized.

From the arrested suspects, 121 illegal weapons along with ammunition used in looting citizens were recovered. The police also recovered 43 stolen motorcycles and 10 large vehicles from various areas.

According to the Karachi Police spokesperson, efforts to eliminate crime, restore peace and order, and ensure public safety will be further strengthened.
